Compass SchoolHouse is dedicated to fostering our virtues of respect, responsibility, honesty, kindness, and perseverance in and outside our school. Compass Cares is an initiative to engage with our community and give back in whatever ways we can. We love to include our families in our efforts and demonstrate to our students the importance of caring for, respecting, and honoring one another.
The Elizabeth Coalition to House the Homeless
The Elizabeth Coalition is a non-profit on a mission to serve the needs of the homeless and near homeless. This organization empowers people with tools and support to transition to safe, permanent, and affordable housing so that they can live healthy and productive lives.
Moms Helping Moms
Moms Helping Moms is an organization working to end diaper need and fight childhood poverty in New Jersey. MHM collaborates with other local agencies to collect and supply baby items and diapers to low-income and vulnerable children ages 0-5.
Roots & Wings
The mission of Roots & Wings is to provide safe housing, emotional support, life skills, and educational opportunities for youth aging out of foster care; empowering them to rise toward their greatest potential.
Scholastic
Scholastic believes that the development of robust literary skills is at the very heart of empowering children to thrive in school and in life. By partnering with schools and districts, they continue to grow their mission of comprehensive literacy, one child at a time.
First Congregational Church of Westfield
FCC is a congregation of open hearted and welcoming people. Together with Compass, they provide for the community in numerous ways throughout the year.
